Hope you're well. I've had mixed reports about the success rate of
download codes when my clients try to receive an asset on my website. Do
you have an idea why some people might be able to do this and others not?
Is it device specific - and only available on a laptop / computer (ie not
possible to download on phones / tablets) ?
The asset is an EP consisting of five mp3s, so maybe this does need a
computer to be able to download... and naturally wouldn't work on a mobile
device due to storage issues..

Just to be clear this is not a CASH issue, it's for any and all downloads using any platform. You could change the language on the download page to make it clearer for your fans if you're running into this a lot.

All codes worked fine when I tested them on my site.
The specific code for this client says 'not valid / already been used' when
I try it on my site, which implies they we're able to submit the code on
their computer but then were not able to download them.
