Data for used download codes

Hi,

I can't see anyway of knowing if a download code has been used once given out. It would be helpful to have that "actually used" data, I read about a redemption form element in your help section but could not see it anywhere. Can you help?

    Hi Sennen,

    If you export your codes again on the asset you can see which codes have been redeemed.

    You will need to set up a redemption form element if you want your fans to be able to redeem their codes. Have you done that already?

    Thanks for the prompt response.

    Yes I can now see that by exporting codes again you can see which have codes been redeemed. Great!

    I've set up a redemption form element on my website, as seen here (in the music section): www.sennentimcke.com

    Have tested it and it works well, but let me know if I've missed anything in terms of discount codes.

    Hi Sennen,

    Yeah, downloads usually don't work on phone or tablets. Android is the only phone that allows downloads but then it's just on your phone and not ideal.

    Just to be clear this is not a CASH issue, it's for any and all downloads using any platform. You could change the language on the download page to make it clearer for your fans if you're running into this a lot.

    Someone has confirmed that they still cannot download the files when on a
    computer..

    "Hi Sennen,

    The tracks came up but I couldn't play them or download them! I'm on a
    computer."

    Have you had any other reports of this - or can advise what the problem
    might be?!

    Hi Maggie,

    All codes worked fine when I tested them on my site.

    The specific code for this client says 'not valid / already been used' when
    I try it on my site, which implies they we're able to submit the code on
    their computer but then were not able to download them.

    Yeah, that sounds like a user error. They do happen from time to time and it has nothing to do with the system.

    I would give them another code and ask them to try again.

    Just changed the download asset on my email exchange element...presented
    with the following when trying to enter an email on my
    https://sennentimcke.cashmusic.org/ page:

    Internal Server Error

    The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable
    to complete your request.

    Please contact the server administrator, [no address given] and inform them
    of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may
    have caused the error.

    More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

    Can you advise what I have done wrong?

    I entered the following url for the mp3 download as:

    Your internal button didn't let me select anything, as seen in screenshot.
    When you click on 'upload file' it just disappears.
