In the meantime, here's something that should get your download
Log into your admin panel and navigate to
Select the asset that corresponds to your digital
Select your fulfillment files. If there are multiple, you'll
need to repeat steps 4 & 5 for each one.
Your storage connection should be set as your Amazon S3
identifier. Set it to none and then click
Go back and edit it again. This time, set the storage
connection back to your Amazon S3 identifier and
reupload your file. Important - make sure the file name contains
ONLY alphanumeric characters and no spaces. When you're done, click

overview page and click Save changes.

I'm sorry to hear it didn't work! Another option would be to
create a whole new asset to link to your digital purchase element,
again using alphanumerical file names only (with no spaces). But
yes, it's also worth giving Google Drive a shot!
I've tried everything multiple times with all connections, it's just not

To recap when I click the buy link, it goes straight to paypal and i log in
and click to buy then while the loading icon in paypal is turning it
freezes and puts me back on the cash page with the error message.
It's been over a week since I tried the digital purchase option on one of my releases.
I just created a new campaign to check and see if it would work, alas it dd not.
I got the same error messages after the paypal page.
Have you figured out a solution for the single purchase element?
