I noticed that on some of the musician sites that are in your showcase have one more additional app for email capture for content download. Will this be available soon to the rest of us on our own self-hosted installs. Is this maybe a feature already incorporated into the flower package? I would love to know, thanks!

    Hi Alex,

Funny you should ask, we just did a whole pile of work on that stuff
to get it ready for release in the next six weeks or so. It's separate
from Flower in a product we're calling 'Seed' — more server-side stuff
like email collection, email-for-download, paypal-powered digital
downloads, tourdate management, and improvements to our social stuff.

Most of the code is written but it's pretty complex, so we're turning
attention to installers next. From here on out you'll see bigger
releases, not the smaller mini-app stuff we've done. First Flower,
then Seed, then a hosted/hostable platform.

You can see a preview of the latest versions on our new donate page
    here:

    http://cashmusic.org/donate/

Soon we'll show off the paypal-for-download stuff with a couple artist
releases and open up the code for folks who don't mind playing around
    without installers...

That's exciting to hear! I'm a web-developer for music artists and I'll be
happy to participate in any beta testing, feedback or whatever needed. I
don't mind for installers anyway so any code releases I'm game for!
