this has been the biggest problem for me when it comes to using websites because i want to use collaborators i want to be able to give them their fair share i don't want to spend time being an accountant instead of being a musician. i've actually told bandcamp that they'd be the perfect website for all that i want if they had this option currently the only website i know of that has automatic royalty splitting is Indabamusic but they require a membership fee and their interface for selling music is very impersonal and lacks good customization abilities.

funny...i was talking about this the other day with a board member.
it's not on our immediate roadmap but we should start talking about
it. there hasn't been much demand for it so far, but if enough people
show an interest we could add it in to the mix. it's something to ask
    member labels about especially...

That function would be genius! I had a compilation release that had a number of artists and it was a total pain to download reports and divvie up pennies here and there. I dreaded it every month. If you could "set it and forget it" at the track level when you set up a release, then just hit a button to deposit the split in everyone's paypal account, that would be awesome!
