Mailchimp list name shows as "Created on" date

The Mailchimp list names show as created on date rather than the actual name of the mailing list. Not really an issue until the user receives a confirmation email with the date rather than the list they subscribed to. Please see the attached file. The mailing list name should read "Starsystem Newsletter" rather than "Created onAugust 8". The mailchimp list was showing up correctly when I initially signed up, but when I switched to the advanced mode, it only shows the creation date. I tried creating more lists and connecting to them, but the same problem persists.

Overall I really love what you guys are doing and I know that a lot of time and effort are going into this. I really appreciate what you've created with CASH music!

    Hi Michael,

We'll look into a proper fix for this and set up a bug soon.

For a quick fix, you can simply rename the list now that you're in advanced mode. (Click the "edit" link instead of the "view" link.)

    Hi Jesse,
    Thanks for the quick response!
I'm unclear as to where I can rename the list. Would this be under the 3rd party connections (the list name shows correctly there) or when I edit the Email Collection element (just shows as a dropdown list here).

I'm just using the email collection embed.

Oh sorry, no you'll want to go to:

People > Lists, and then choose "edit" from the options under "Your lists"

What's happening is that we create a local list and sync it with any mailing service. (MC being the only one supported right now...) This way you're not forced to use MC or any other service just to collect emails — but our (too quickly built) simple mode stuff is just giving that local list a stupid name.

Oh and here's the bug so you can track it:
