Hello

So i may just be completely clueless but I'm having some issues with the first step of the installation setup.

I've got a doman and a hosting plan. When I login it just has the directory and a few empty files. I have no idea how to interact with it or how to get the installer php up to the site.

thanks for the help

    Hi Jack,

To do that you'll need an FTP client, which is how you transfer files up to your host. It's different for every hosting provider, but they'll give you a server address, username, and password. Generally they provide instructions.

Just so you know, we're working on a hosted version of things which means you only need an email address to sign up and go. If this is too complicated there's relief on the way!
