I recently bought the 1939 Ensemble's "Beats & Saints" album, and tried to use the download card, but when it normally would pop up with a prompt to download something/anything, it didn't. It took the code, said "Download away!" or something vague like that and did...nothing. There wasn't a link to click on, or a window to open, or even anything that vaguely looked like a clue. This is something you'll probably want to address, if not for the bands who are relying on you to distribute their music effectively, but for the fans who are buying these albums. I made an account with you guys, hoping that I'd be able to e-mail somebody about this, but no e-mail contact has been apparent. I see several different unreplied threads on this discussion forum about the same problem, so I'm not sure if I'll get a response or a solution to this, but just know that it will reflect poorly on CASH Music if there is no response.
Now, when I try to enter the code a second time, it tells me it's already been redeemed. Fantastic.
