Our Email for Download widget is no longer letting the file download

Hi there,

We've had an email for download widget set up through Cash Music for years, but recently I just noticed that it no longer lets users download the file. After the user enters their email, it redirects them to https://cashmusic.org/request instead of downloading the file.

We are using Google Drive for our file hosting and MailChimp for our email newsletter.

    Hey Ryan,

    I tried to replicate this both with some tests and with your elements and I'm getting a successful download on all of them. What browser/version are you encountering this on?

    Google Drive can be finicky sometimes but I'm not sure that's what's going on.

    What happens if you empty your browser cache?

    I also know there used to be some issues with sessions on the elements if you were logged into admin at the same time, although I think that was fixed some time ago.

    I switched over to using Amazon S3 instead of Google Drive, and that fixed the issue. Might have been a Google Drive issue.
