Hi, I've embedded a cash music widget on my company's website, for a free download, but it only shows up periodically. Is there a way to fix this, and make sure it always appears? Fans are not receiving the opportunity to get the free download.

Thanks for your help!

    Hey Max,

Sorry you're having trouble. Is anyone seeing an error at all? Or using a specific platform / browser? Everything seems to be working fine over here across multiple browsers.

Anymore info you can provide would help us work out what the issue is.

Hi Christopher, thanks for your quick response. Yes, we are still not
getting the widget when the page loads. If we refresh the browser, it shows

    Hmmm it's a head scratcher!

I noticed the iframe is wrapped in a

tag. You could try removing that. I'd also double check you don't have any overriding styles on iframe objects in your site css.

I can't see anything obvious that is stopping our css from working but it's worth double checking.

Let me know if that helps at all.
