Can't Change Password?

Hey there!!

I just created my account and was e-mailed a link to use in order to "activate" my account. After following the link it brings me to my cashmusic admin page, but I'm not able to sign in using the password I actually signed up with, and because of that I'm not able to change my password either.

Choosing the 'forgot password' option sends me an email with a link to reset my password, but it leads to a broken page which reads "Looks like you requested something that isn't there. Sorry. Maybe try something that is there?".

Any ideas about whats going on?

    Hi Nigal,

    Sounds like you're following the reset link while logged in still (technically.) Just tested and it works as long as you're logged out — so try explicitly logging out by hitting the logout button in the right-hand nav panel. (An arrow pointing out an exit/box/thing.)

    Try the reset link again after you're logged out and you should get to the login page with an overlay that'll let you reset things.
