Download link not working?
Hello,
It would be great if you can help me. When the user signs up via cash music, the download button appears but when I click it directly starts playing and can't be downloaded. Can you help me out, it's urgent! Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Pravin Prajapati

Hey Pravin,
is your website live? If yes, do you mind sharing the link and letting me
have a look?
Also, just to confirm, when you say sign up via cash, you mean that when
someone signs up for your mailing list, the download provided plays in the
browser, and is not provided as a downloadable file?
Please let me know!

Greetings,
I'm having the same experience that I believe Pravin is having. Once a user provides their email and clicks the download button the song plays within the browser. I'm wondering if there is a way for the use to be able to enter their email, click download and have the track go to their downloads folder on mac or have a download dialog pop up in windows.

HI Ric,
Are you using a file hosted on your own web server? If so there's not a lot we can do. You can configure your server to force a download but that's out of our control. If you switch to using Amazon S3 hosting we can force the download, but you'll need to set up your own account there. You can find instructions when you log in and visit:

Hey Jesse,
Thanks for the quick reply. I have a release coming up on Wed. and I'm wondering if this could be implemented by then.
Looking forward,

It's implemented. You just need to use S3. Sign up / setup isn't too
tricky. L
Believe there are steps in our help documentation that you can follow once
logged in.
