When I set up the email collection element, it all works fine and I've ticked the 'Skip email verification' box but when people enter their email addresses into the download box, they're still sent a verification email. How can I fix this?

    Hi Angie,

is your MailChimp account connected to your CASH account, and if yes, is
the verification email coming from CASH or from MailChimp?

    Very best,
    Tracy

    Hi Tracy,

Thanks for your speedy reply! I've just checked the verification email and it does actually come from Mailchimp , apologies for thinking this was a problem with CASH music.
I don't suppose you know a way around skipping the verification email on Mailchimp?

    Thanks,

    Hey Angie,

I had a look and found this article for you:
    http://kb.mailchimp.com/lists/signup-forms/the-double-opt-in-process

MailChimp explains that the double opt-in (e.g. the confirmation email)
can't by bypassed, and offers their reasoning for their setup.

    Sorry about that!
