Download doesn't work

Two problems:

1) My title isn't showing up above the email for download box when I embed it. I have a title in the element, so not sure why it isn't showing up when I embed the code?

2) When I test the download box and enter an email, it then shows up my asset info with a link, but when I click the link, it just refreshes the whole page instead of downloading/taking me to a download page. Thoughts? I've entered a google docs link in the asset page, so not sure why this isn't working?

    Hi Laura!

    The title you're including in the element ("Give it a name") is actually
    internal - it helps you distinguish your various elements when you're
    looking at your element overview in your control panel.

    If you want to include a title, you'll have to do that manually by dropping
    it in above the embed code (the {{element ###}} bit).

    As for the second part, could you please share your CASH page with me so I
    can have a look?

    Thanks for the info on the title.

    Here is my page:

    It seems super buggy. I had to try about 10 times to upload an asset. It would connect to my drive, I would select the file, and then it would exit me from the window, without adding a link to the file. On the 10th try, it finally put a link in...

    I can't figure out how to start the wizard process again for adding an element, since that was a lot easier? For example, not I can create an element in the admin section, but can't figure out how to edit color/fonts from there without coding.

    Hi Laura,

    first off, re: having a really tough time with Drive, unfortunately that's
    a known issue and there's no clear fix yet. Google Drive seems to be
    freezing out users who want to use their Drive account with third-party
    services (like us), so we've been suggesting people take a look at Amazon
    Web Services.

    If you'd like to give it a shot, here's a walkthrough to figure out how to
    connect your AWS account to your CASH account:

    As for starting the wizard process again (what we call "Simple
    Mode")—unfortunately, because of a bug, there is no way to revert back to
    Simple Mode. We're working on a new version of the platform though which
    will be much more streamlined and will facilitate easy styling. In the
    meantime, you'll have to manually style things via the CSS on the template

    Please let me know if AWS solves your problem. As for styling issues,
    you'll receive an email from us once the new platform is ready for use!
